Discounts are a powerful way to fill seats, attract new customers, and reward loyal participants. Offer percentage discounts, group deals like “2 for 1,” or limited-time campaigns for holidays and specific dates.
- Percentage: Applies to the whole purchase, no matter how many seats.
- Buy X for the price of Y: Give away a set of seats based on how many seats the participant buys, e.g. Buy 2 for the price of 1.
- Create a gift card: You can create a discount that will allow a free purchase. Choose Buy X for the price of Y, set X to 1 and Y to 0. Tip: create a code for the discount and print the code on your self designed gift card and sell it.
Discount codes can be:
- Generic: Usable multiple times (e.g., “EmmaIntro” for 10% off).
- Unique: One-time use codes that reduce the risk of sharing.
Create a Discount Code in 4 Steps
- Upgrade to a premium plan.
- Go to the “discount codes” menu.
- Set the terms: concept, date, percentage, and expiry date.
- Name the code, e.g., “LastMinute20.”
