Refund or move participants manually

Now, as an organizer, you can handle exceptional situations, such as a sudden family illness, by giving participants the opportunity to receive a refund or reschedule their spot, even after the booking deadline has passed. Follow these steps to manage such situations:

  1. Go to the booking date for the relevant participant.
  2. Click on the three dots next to the participant's name to access the options to cancel, move or pause the booking.
  3. The participant receives a confirmation via email. Any refund, minus a service fee, will be processed within 10 days. Always communicate with the participant before making these changes. If the participant is moved to a new date, it instead avoids additional administration and service fees. If you cancel, move or pause a booking, the spots are released for others to book.
