Refund or move participants manually
Now, as an organizer, you can handle exceptional situations, such as a sudden family illness, by giving participants the opportunity to receive a refund or reschedule their spot, even after the booking deadline has passed. Follow these steps to manage such situations:
- Go to the booking date for the relevant participant.
- Click on the three dots next to the participant's name to access the options to cancel, move or pause the booking.
- The participant receives a confirmation via email. Any refund, minus a service fee, will be processed within 10 days. Always communicate with the participant before making these changes. If the participant is moved to a new date, it instead avoids additional administration and service fees. If you cancel, move or pause a booking, the spots are released for others to book.
