By choosing annual billing, you save on administration and 30% on the price.

Flexible Plans – No Commitment
- View and select your plan under "Overview and Pricing" in your organizer account.
- To downgrade, contact us at organizer@ejbla.com, and we will adjust your next invoice immediately.
Service Fees: Booking & Transaction Fees
- Booking Fee – Ejbla’s cost for booking, rescheduling, and cancellation services, starting at 2.9%. No fee for free events or "pay on-site" events (requires at least the Standard plan).
- Transaction Fee – Stripe charges a fee for paid events. See Stripe’s pricing list. You can manage available payment methods under "Payment Methods" in your account.
Current Stripe Fees:
- Card Payment: 1.2% + 1.80 SEK per booking
- Klarna: 2.99% + 4 SEK per booking
Intro Offer – What Does It Mean?
If you have received an intro offer, you have free access to the Standard plan, including all its features.
Advertising Fees
If you choose to turn on advertising, you only pay an 8% advertising fee when the booking comes from a link via Ejbla or our partners.
