With Ejbla's booking tool, you manage your bookings, collect payments, and keep track of your participants. There is no cost to experiment by publishing concepts and previewing your profile page. Free events are free, and when you charge, we take a fee. With the Free plan, you have no monthly cost; instead, you pay per booked spot. With our premium pricing plans, Standard and Enterprise, you pay a monthly fee; choose the level based on the functionality you need. There is no commitment period, and you can downgrade or upgrade whenever you want. The monthly fee is invoiced with a one-month notice period.

What is the booking fee?

The booking fee applies to paid events, including a 3.5% payment to us to maintain our services regarding rescheduling and cancellations. Free events have no transaction fee. For paid events, there is also a cost from payment providers of approximately 1.5% - 3%, depending on the choice of card, Klarna, or Swish.

The fees on my payout statement don't match my pricing plan?

Please note that the fees you see on your payout statement are based on the pricing plan you had when the booking was made. If you haven't selected a pricing plan yet, you may still have old price information.

What if I want to upgrade or downgrade?

You can view and select the pricing plan yourself on your organizer account, under Overview and Price. To downgrade, contact us at organizer@ejbla.com, and we will adjust the next invoice immediately. There is no commitment period.
