Standard terms with 10-day change/cancellation policy

One of the advantages of handling all bookings through the Ejbla booking system is that you can rely on standard purchasing terms and avoid arguments about refunds or spend time on cancellations and rebookings. And all your participants receive the same information and conditions. Participants can, as standard, cancel or reschedule up to 10 days before the start time, which they can easily do on their user account without you having to lift a finger. They can always transfer their spot, even if there are fewer than 10 days left. Participants can reschedule and transfer their spot at no cost. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded minus the service fee through the customer's chosen payment method (Stripe, Swish, or Klarna). Refunds may take up to 10 days. Ejbla's general terms of purchase apply, which are also available on Ejbla.com. On your booking page under the "Important Information" heading and in the booking confirmation participants receive after booking, participants can see exactly what applies to your event. We recommend not writing other terms in your text as it becomes confusing with conflicting information.

Customized terms with Enterprise

If you want more or fewer than 10 days for changes and cancellations, it is possible to customize it. To change the number of days for changes and cancellations, you need to upgrade to the Enterprise pricing plan and contact organizer@ejbla.com, and we will help you adjust for your selected concepts. Then your updated terms will be visible on your booking page, in the booking terms, and in participants' confirmations.

Choose whether to cancel or pause a participant manually

You can also decide that a participant should get a refund or reschedule (pause) their booking, even after the deadline has passed, provided that something extraordinary has happened, such as a family emergency.

Few participants?

Remember to only cancel if you really have to as it is usually a negative experience for participants.Go to "Manage Dates and Participants" and click on the button that looks like three dots (•••) next to the date you want to select and then "Cancel/Reschedule". Then you'll see a form where you enter the reason for canceling, write a message to the participants, and complete by clicking "Confirm".
