How do I communicate with my participants?


The system automatically handles all communication with participants, including booking confirmations, receipts, reminders, and prompts to leave reviews, provided all necessary information is included in the description or welcome message. If additional communication is needed, use the messaging function to contact all participants for a specific date via email and SMS. Send messages as needed, such as for changed locations, cancellations, or to promote future events. Messages are saved on the welcome page and are visible even for later bookings. Here's how to send a message:

  1. Select "Manage Dates and Participants" from the menu.
  2. Choose a date and click on "Show Details."
  3. Click on "Send Message."
  4. Write and send your message. The message can be edited after it has been sent.
  5. The message you have sent will appear on the welcome page for your specific date and will also be visible to those who book after the message has been sent out.
  6. Participants receive the message on the welcome page immediately upon booking. See more about the welcome message >
