Connect your Zoom account

The first time you create a Live Online Session you will need to verify your Zoom account. Below you will find instructions on how to do this. If you already have a Zoom account that is a Pro account and / or that you want to use to host workshops outside of Ejbla, we recommend that you create a new free Zoom account that you connect exclusively to us.

1. On your concept page, fill in the preferred email address. If you already have a Zoom account, you enter the email address used for that account, if you do not have an account or wish to use another, you fill in the email address you wish to use for your new account.

2. Press next

3. You will within shortly receive an email from Zoom.

If you already have a Zoom account the following steps apply:

4. Click the "Approve the Request" button.

5. Click "I Acknowledge and Switch".

6. Done! Proceed to step 7 below.


If you do not have a Zoom account, the following steps apply instead:

4. Click the "Activate Your Zoom Account" button.

5. Choose which way you want to sign up.

6. Start a test meeting to make sure that video and audio work properly on your computer / mobile.


7. When you are done, you can go back to your concept form and double check that the status of the activation is green.
